Carving Pumpkins

Georgie, Jake and Grace carved pumpkins last week.  The pic below with Georgie in it was the extent of him helping...posing for a pic LOL.  Jake and Gracie did a great job with their pumpkins as you can see from the pics.

Deepwater Horizon

I went to the movies on Saturday with Bill and Gracie to see Deepwater Horizon - excellent movie!

A little history:  On April 20, 2010, the Deepwater Horizon drilling rig explodes in the Gulf of Mexico, igniting a massive fireball that kills several crew members. Chief electronics technician Mike Williams (Mark Wahlberg) and his colleagues find themselves fighting for survival as the heat and the flames become stifling and overwhelming.  Banding together, the co-workers must use their wits to make it out alive amid all the chaos.

My kids surprised me with a bag of beauty products, bathrobe (I needed a new one so bad) and a light up mirror.

Hershey Bears v. Wilkes-Barre

Sunday, October 9th was hockey night!  Me, Kim and her daughter (Lexi) and hubby (Steve) went to see a Bears game at the Giant Center (Hershey, PA).  Bears looked like crap and lost the game 3-1. Below are a few pics of the gals taking pics.
